Heard a series of depressing news today, and it suddenly hit me: The fact that we're all alive and breathing is already a blessing in itself, what more can we ask for? Perhaps we often get so caught up with the difficulties in life that we feel worthless, frustrated and blame life for being screwed up. But I guess there's nothing better than being a healthy living being. I'll remember to give thanks for that.
So many things on my mind. But it's better that it stays right where it is.
